As a Podiatrist, I decided to pursue locum work to broaden my professional experiences, and it's been incredibly rewarding. Through this journey, I’ve had the opportunity to meet so many new colleagues—connections I never would have made if I had stayed in a single role with the same daily caseload. The work itself has been challenging, allowing me to develop new skills and grow in my field.

I was working as a locum in a rural hospital. I loved the work and I was enjoying all the conditions. One day, in the tea room I heard what the recruitment company were charging the hospital.
